At Studio Ishika Rathi, each piece is designed with intention and crafted with care, through made-to-order processes. In keeping with this approach, our exchange policy is thoughtfully structured to balance both product integrity and client satisfaction.
We offer exchanges only in the case of a size concern or if a product is received in a damaged condition. As our garments are produced in limited runs, we request that all orders be placed with care, including reviewing size guides and product details prior to purchase.
For size-related exchanges, requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery. The garment must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Once we receive and review the returned piece, we will arrange for an exchange subject to availability of the requested size. In the event that the preferred size is unavailable, we will be happy to offer a credit note for future use.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives in a damaged condition, we request that you notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery, along with clear images or an unboxing video for verification. Upon assessment, we will ensure an appropriate resolution, which may include a exchange.
Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds. Additionally, products purchased during sale or promotional periods are not eligible for exchange. Minor variations in colour, texture, print placement, or detailing are inherent to the nature of handcrafted and carefully produced garments, and are not considered defects.
All exchange requests are subject to a quality check upon return. We reserve the right to decline an exchange if the product does not meet our return conditions.
