3. Products & Craftsmanship

At Studio Ishika Rathi, each piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted with care, using indigenous handweaving and handcrafting techniques. As such, subtle variations in colour, texture, motif placement, or detailing may occur. These nuances are inherent to the process and the garments are rather enhanced with humanly imperfections, which are not errors, but hallmarks of uniqueness and honest craftmanship, making each piece distinct and exclusive.

While we make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible, slight differences in texture, colour and placement details may occur as a result of hand-craftmanship. Natural fabrics and materials may also evolve gracefully over time with wear and care.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices on the website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways. Orders will be confirmed once payment has been successfully received. For international orders, any applicable duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Acceptance & Fulfilment

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email acknowledging its receipt. This confirmation indicates that we have received your request; however, acceptance of the order is subject to availability and verification.

Given the nature of our production, we request that orders be placed with care. Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We endeavor to dispatch orders within the timelines indicated on our website. However, delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on the nature of the product, location, and external logistics factors.

While we work with reliable delivery partners, certain delays may occasionally arise that are beyond our control. For international deliveries, timelines may further vary due to customs procedures, and any associated duties or charges will be borne by the customer.

7. Exchanges & Returns

Each piece at Studio Ishika Rathi is designed with intention and crafted with care through made-to-order processes. In keeping with this approach, our exchange policy is thoughtfully structured to balance both product integrity and client satisfaction.

The exchange of products is conditional, while return of purchased products is unavailable.

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
– If the requested size does not fit as expected
– If the product is received in a damaged condition

For size-related exchanges, requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery. The garment must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. All exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size.

In the rare instance of a damaged product, we request that you notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery, along with relevant images for assessment. Upon verification, we will arrange for an exchange.

At present, we do not offer refunds. Items purchased during sale or promotional periods are not eligible for exchange. Any applicable shipping costs related to exchanges may be borne by the customer.

8. Product Care

Our garments are created using carefully selected materials that benefit from mindful handling. We recommend following the care instructions provided with each product to preserve its quality and longevity.

Please note that natural wear over time, including slight fading or textural changes, is characteristic of fine materials and does not constitute a defect.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, imagery, text, and branding elements, is the exclusive property of Studio Ishika Rathi and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
